General: 

Do you have gift cards available and how do I purchase and/or use one?
Yes! We have gift cards available to purchase online and in-store. If purchased online, you will receive a code by email, then apply code at checkout(online/in-store). If purchased in-store, you will receive a coupon with a code you can apply at checkout(online/in-store).

Do my gift cards/discount codes/store credit have expiration dates on them?
Gift cards/store credit do not expire. However, discount codes are specifically for certain sales and/or items, which do have a time limit of that sale. 

Do you only carry western styles?
NO! While most of our style is influenced by the western fashion scene and Hailey's roots of growing up a ranchers daughter, we carry a variety of styles that can be paired to fit you and your unique vibe!

How do I know what the right size is?
Don't stress! We are here to help as much as we can. On each product page you will see two different icons located at the top right of each photo. The top icon will show you the exact measurements as well as coordinating annotations. The second icon will show you a full size chart for each size that product is available in.  If you are still unsure, send us a message and we will do our best to find your right fit. 

I am unsure which styles would fit my body size/type the best. What should I do?
GIRL!! This is my favorite question - We do our best to use a variety of models for all of our photos BUT sometimes this just isn't quite enough! So we have implemented a new cost FREE 'One on One Styling Service'. Find more information here.

 

Ordering: 

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We are always striving to ship orders as quickly as we can! You can typically expect your order to be processed and picked up by the carrier within 1-2 business days!

What types of payment options do you offer?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, including(visa, master, amex, discovery, etc.), paypal, and sezzle.

Sezzle: Spread your order total out over 4 installments!

1. Select 'sezzle' at checkout
2. Set up account
3. Link credit, debit card, or bank account for easy payment
4. Get approved quickly and safely
5. Schedule your automatic payments for what works best for you(you will receive text and email reminders when each payment is being with drawled). 

Is there sales tax and/or a shipping cost applied to my order?
Sales tax is applied to any orders in Idaho, customers living outside of Idaho will not receive any sales tax. Shipping cost is based on weight of order and distance the order is being shipped. All orders are shipped from zip code 83647. 

Is there a minimum size or price for orders that are shipped?
No minimum requirements! Want to buy ten tee shirts or just one ring, it's up to you, we'll ship it!

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us you are able to follow the status of your order by logging in and go to your orders. 

Will I receive some type of conformation to know my order is payed for and/or shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email conformation to let you know everything went through, and when your order is on it's way. 

If I choose in store pickup when will my order be ready and how will I know when it is ready?
If your order is placed during regular business hours your order is typically ready for pickup immediately. If your order is placed after hours we will have it ready almost immediately after re-opening. You will get an email confirmation stating that your order has been 'shipped'. This just means we processed everything on our end and have all of your items ready!

If I choose in store pickup, am I able to add or remove items from my order?
Yes, when you arrive to pick up your order just let us know what you would like to change and we will make it happen! We always want our customers leaving happy with their purchase and experience.

Can I return/exchange my order?
ABSOLUTELY!! In fact if you don't love the color, style, size or fit you received please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you! By ordering from our company you are choosing us over a million other companies.. And that is pretty freaking awesome in my book! We will always do our best to make sure you are absolutely in love with your order!

How do I know if my order meets the return/exchange criteria?
Use this checklist to find out! 

  • All original tags are still attached
  • No signs of wear or washing
  • No stains/makeup 
  • Free from animal hair/scent + cigarette smoke
  • Orders returned to us within 14 days will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders 15-30 days will be eligible for in store credit only 
  • Clearance/last chance items are final sale. 

 

How do I begin the exchange process?
